Hi, Hi, Hi!
This time I've got a special bargain (or windfall like they say) for you. This is my big comic on A3 paper, which I sent to the foregoing competition. I didin't win, but in this year there were 152 comics! And it was very hard to win as you can see ;). Today, I'll show you only three of four pages. You know, I want to keep your interest. It's about the leader of a teenage-group (actually 3 boys), whose are really visious. They're only 16- 17 years old and they make start picking girls up in a strange way (even the girls don't want to), taking drugs and use lots of violence. For the clear enjoyment they had decided to robber the 24-hour shop and stole the money. But in fact, mates of the leader betrayed him and attacked him with knives, what injured his body and imposed to call for help and the police. He became the patient of the hospital. The police officer told him, he would be taken in case of better healthy to the reformatory. He's angry of course. At the hall he could see a nice-looking girl, sitting on the bench and reading a book. He had tried to pick her up again like other girls, so he told her he prefers comics to books. And he mentioned, he had drawn some in the past. The girl, whose name is Musa is interested in his story, but he didn't tell her a lot. The leader thought, drawing comic is an unsung art. Finally, after couple of days, they kissed themselves.

No cóż, jak obiecałam- tak obiecałam. Piszę dla was po polsku. Powyższy komiks został wysałany na 22 Międzynarodowy Festiwal Komiksu i Gier w Łodzi. W tym roku w konkursie wzięły udział 152 prace, więc nie muszę mówić, że wygrana to raczej łud szczęścia. Po prostu zdecydowana większość komiksów, to prace conajmniej dobre i włąściwie trzeba wstrzelić się w gusta jury. Komiks powstawał jakieś 40 godzin (nie liczę rozmyślań nad fabułą i spisaniem scenariusza). Najciężej pracowało mi się ze stroną drugą, która powstawała jakieś 11 godzin, (podkreślam, że prace w oryginale są na formacie A3) oraz trzecią, kiedy to przeżywałam lekkie zawichrowanie. Z niej też (str. trzeciej) nie jestem specjalnie zadowolona. Miałam drobną kolizję, która zmusiła mnie do odstawienia ołówka na kilka dni i komiks, który miał być orzeznaczony na 5 stron został skompresowany do 4, z racji braku czasu. Dlatego tyle tekstu w str. trzeciej. Stronę czwartą, ostatnią przedstawię wam za parę dni. Na razie chcę podsycić waszą ciekawość...
